Dont get me wrong, i love Vine to bits as a player, but should he really be in the matchday squad at the mo.

Prehaps Jim should have told him the only way he's going to get games is go out on loan for 3 months and get fit, or rot watching games from the stands.

Buzz looked a lot sharper on saturday and should be included against palace, but not on the bloody right wing, play adel on the left midfield and put Buzz in the hole behind simpson.

vine has the ability in his locker to pick the ball up and really turn a game on its head.

however vine has yet to do that, he just isnt fit enough nor is he confident enough.

Vine needs a goal! Then perhaps his performances will pick up...

I just worry how many chances the guy will need to miss before he gets that goal....

compairing vine to forest game to yesterday

there was a good improvement. i saw some urgency in vine's play yesterday.. where as at forest he looked like he didnt care.

if buz plays vine will be sub. vine can fill the place behind the striker. however that place is hotly contested with buz, taarabt, vine or even helguson.

Vine has never ever been successful as a centre forward, he has always been at his best playing on the left either in a 4-4-2 or a 4-4-3

fully agree with playing Buzz in the hole behind the strikers - but don't see Simpson as the answer - he looked pish poor on Saturday - if going out on loan was his way of playing himself back into the Aresenal squad he'd best buck his ideas pretty quick !
