Very, very satisfied with our defence - the best in this division. Good to build on it.
Charlie Austin, my MVP so far and our best signing in the 21st century. He has scored 10 league goals. Out of those nine matches where he has succeeded, we have won 7, drawn and lost once. When he has not scored we have managed to win 5, drawn 6 and lost 3.
Biggest let downs: Hoilett (again) & Phillips.
Happy with the 4th place, but very unsatisfied with our recent form.
Would be very disappointed if we would not finish top two.
