We need goals. This lad guarantees goals. I know he will cost around 10mill but realistically who can we get in who is going to really guarantee us goals? I can't think of anyone with a better record than him. I know what I'd rather do than end up with a Carlton cole who doesn't actually score.

We said that about Austin and he hasn't returned what he did last year for a allegedly poorer side? Think there's a bigger problem with creativity

Think you are spot on sparx......can see us having a thread on here ...."why can't Rhodes score for us?"....Although i would like more options in the striker department, but in tandem with a couple of robust/energetic/attack minded midfielders

Midfielders not chipping in Dave. Goals gotta come from here as well between nico hoilett and Phillips should be double figures. I know they have had injuries but no where near too inconsistent. What's hoiletts assist/goals rate?? Must be awful for he's ability

Austin has not scored the amount of goals that some expected but then again I don't think too many of us expected him to have to play the lone striker role quite so often

              Need two up front IMO.

Championship strikers ain't good enough to play alone up front.

Harry needs to stop thinking he's managing a prem team.

Would cost a fair old sum but, IMO, he would near enough guarantee promotion - worth the money. The bloke is a goal machine at this level.

Good call. After today's performance it's clear we require more-than-Austin to rely upon. I'm worried about where goals will come from.

If it got us promotion he would pay back the transfer fee many times over.

Him and Austin up front, and AJ and Zamora sent to the glue factory.

Exactly my thoughts stan. I know Arry isn't a fan of 4-4-2 but Rhodes & Austin up top with Phillips servicing em would be lethal.

Never understood why a team plays one up front unless he's a top level player.Ain't got the ability at this level IMO.

Alright banging on about a 5 man midfield being stronger defensively but you ain't gonna win games unless you put the ball in the net.

Harry's tactics are like he is trying to keep us in the prem not get us there.

Ings and Vokes must have around 30 goals between them this season, but no,we bang on with one up front.

With our defensive record 2 decent strikers up front will win games IMO.
