The plan right now seems to be to drop out of the top six.

Does any QPR fan on here seriously understand Redknapp's plan?

It might be Arry is too scared to set out an attacking team and instead each game he sets the team out to nick it one nil or draw.
My only conclusion is that everyone thought in summer Arry would walk, why after being manager at spurs and linked to England, would he want to work in the championship. He stayed most probably as the board and him came to the conclusion that the club would go straight up. After the joke of the last two seasons where our defence was atrocious, he set the team up defensively and was paranoid not to get beat. Until recently this worked but now we are being found out by other teams and the forward line which was never dealt with is now becoming an issue.
I think he's done ok, he's stabilised a sinking ship. If a forward or two are brought in in the window then it's game on.
Arry sets out his team as he's scared of losing but that's because we've put so much pressure on ourselves about going straight back up, next half we need to relax and as some said let our footballers play football. Still reckon we will do it.

Big name striker next week and three or four straight wins and everyone will be moaning again cos they aint got nothing to moan about. Mark my words. Tony will not let us slip away from the top two, and will open his wallet. We have a great squad, we just need goals. If charlie wasnt injured we would of won today

HR is here for the money, plain and simple.
As for what he is up to, my theory is that he is playing brinkmanship with the Board. He wants obscene amounts of money to try and buy his way out of this division and TF and the Board are quite rightly not giving it to him. So, he is trying to make his point by showing them how our squad is so hopelessly devoid of ability to score goals that he really needs the cash. And he makes sure of it by going out and coaching them to pass the ball back to the halfway line any time they get within 40 yards of goal. Oh, and when he brings on an untried youngster to try to make his point in a bore draw, said youngster promptly bangs in the winner and never gets near the first team again.
Just my theory.'Only a Ranger!' cried Gandalf. 'My dear Frodo, that is just what the Rangers are: the last remnant in the South of the great people, the Men of West London.' - Lord of the Rings, Book II, Chapter I - Many Meetings.

Probably looking to do some big money deals to get a few brown envelopes in the old sky rocket.

I'm very critical of Carroll but we have seen him move the ball quickly forward be it very rarely, BAE was once one of the best attacking left backs in the PL now he doesn't even cross the half way line, Barton sitting very deep, Austin being unsupported when we are on the counter attack in the 18 yard box.
This is the set up of a team trying not to lose , its pathetic we see positive possession become negative in the final third This is not the players at fault this is down to the managers instruction.QPR fan since1987
