I think this is spot on.....:cry:

Irrespective of the manager of the day, it's the players on the pitch that really matter.

As supporters we've put up with our fair share of downs and false dawns but we are prepared to accept any player, if they show some heart and passion.

This article is aimed therefore at the players.

It seems to me sitting from the stands that you blokes turn up, collect your Briatore Bundle and stage exit left home to Wokingham/Ascot/Gerrards Cross as fast as your personalised plated motors can take you.

Have you given 101% for the Club? Come on guys be honest.

Many of the Peterbro side were playing less than 24 months ago in a league that you would treat with distain as being too low down the football food chain.

The Peterbro players may have lacked some technical abilities but they beat you on passion, drive and desire. You guys just seemed to 'turn up'.

No surprise therefore that only 11,000 of us turned up and we had the lowest attendance in the Championship.

Every team we have played this season have showed more passion than our lot,even the A Stanley players.Some of our players need to be payed up and shipped out.

The only thing is we will get rid of some and then buy another load of s**t.

The passion is gone. It will be very difficult to get that back.

We have a few big time charlies, that are far more concerned about just turning up on a Saturday and not putting in a shift.

I think passion and commitment makes up a good percentage in your performances on the pitch, teams like Blackpool and Peterborough have it and we don't. Saying that, we will finish above both of those clubs.

we barely won a second phase ball. No aggression no determination, very little desire in comparison to the opposition.

Thats a big issue for me and I am sure others as well.

no passion, I cannot remember us getting stuck into a 50-50. It seems we don't get fired up, the most disappointing thing for me yesterday was the fact in the 2nd half we played worse, whatever JIm said at half-time obviously didn't reach the heads of the players. Love to be a fly on the wall.

These players simply don't like criticism, you can tell that. I'm guessing it goes through one ear and out the other. Contrary to other supporters views, this team is good, but is underperforming to an extreme level.

I think you could some time get a squad from the dwindling crowds that would play with more passion than these guys. There are one or two that play with there heart but the rest ..... not good

I blame the manager the team dont seem to know whats expected and what to do and taken into account he aint ever been successful...

We all know it was the wrong appointment and now its a matter of time..if i was a betting man October for me.
