Let's show a bit of ambition Rhodes, McCormack, Crouch, if we're really that intent on getting back to Prem?

Was well into double figures for the hammers in the championship and is a proper handful. Name one other striker we have apart from Austin who is even close to that ? Bz is finished, aj's made of glass . I'd snap him up on a short ish deal in a heartbeat. Like van said him and Austin would be a decent partnershipLast edited by Greg1882; 29-12-2013, 08:43 AM.

Ever since we got promoted to the Prem we have all realised that we have needed a decent striker. Since then only one has come along plus a few who have history but that appear's all! As for a new up and coming striker joing Charlie Austin I won't hold my breath. Another one looking for a last chance pay day maybe! I am also of the opinion that Tom Hitchcock should now get his chance, nothing ventured nothing gained, and he cannot do any worse than the others, excluding Charlie.

I would SETTLE for him.
IMHO he would have to play with Austin, definitely not up on his own. And only play him in the championship. If we was to get promoted he would be one of the first to go as he is no where near good enough for the premiership.SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!

With the long term ambitions the club now has there is no place for any more ego's that is for sure.

That's what almost destroyed this club last time around. Luckily we've got shoot of them. Last thing we need is poison in the camp.SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!
