There has been no talk from TF about building a younger team over two or three seasons. Which is a shame in one way as regarding our own youth player's chances. Hopefully their time will come in the prem which would be a big ask?
Catch 22 really. Go up with old players and it costs an arm and a leg to replace then in the prem and you end up relegated again. Or take 2-4 years doing it with youth and a plan and then you've more chance of staying there like Southampton, Swansea and Norwich. Problem is once you start the quick rushed plan your stuck with that plan as your always trying to
stay up or trying to get back quickly. Nothing will change if we stick with this method
