...we seem to make the opposition,whoever they are,look good? They seem to mount wave after wave of attack,with little response from us.I predicted before the Christmas programme,that we will be down to fourth (we were top at the time) with losses to Leicester,Notts Forest and Watford over the holiday period and I can see little to change my mind.Perhaps three points against Doncaster on New Year's Day will help to ease the pain.Unless we delve heavily into the transfer market in January,I can't see a solution,with no guarantees even in that department as we have found to our cost in the past.I'm hoping this is just a seasonal glitch and that things will sort themselves out sooner rather than later,but somehow I doubt it.Our "goals for" column makes dreadful reading and radical changes need to be made if we are even to make the lottery that is the play-offs.
