    Sousa had Delaney.
Now Frank Spencer - sorry.... Gary Borrowdale is all we have.

I'm not defending Magilton. But I have a far bigger problem with a much deeper problem than him.

Spurs realised it about Damien Comolli, just in time.
We need to wake up to the shambles that our squad has turned into, and that's NOT just down to Magilton.
And neither are the falling crowds and terrible feeling around the club.

F**k, even Pete is on a huge downer today!

That's the problem with QPR's current incompetant board, I don't remember the yellow breaking news bar flashing that we had signed him for £500,000 with loads of ad on's, it said we signed him for £3,500,000. It was a blatent lie to try decieve fans at a time when ST sale were bad. That would have been ok'd by flavio, paladini, russell (and the useless commercial director).

The sooner the above mentioned go, the better.

Depends who he's replaced by, I suppose.

In an ideal world, I'd like Briatore to go, and take GP with him.
The Mittals would come in, admit all the mistakes, clean slate, appoint a top manager, support him with funds, and let him get on with it.
Sit back and watch us go.

That's an ideal world.... it rarely turns out like that.
            But I can hope.

              Getting tired of this.

We didn't pay out £3.5 million in one go. Why are people so slow to understand that?

A tad harsh mate but Akos is by far the best passer of the ball at the club and imo the best player at the club along with Routledge.
We've got far too many midfielders and to me Faurlin is someone we didn't really need to sign, and even the Watson signings puzzles me,yes his a very good player but we didn't need him.
Us fans can see what we need but the manager/chairman and owners do not.:(

In ideal world Flavio goes and Mittals come in?

What experience do Mittals have in sport?? I agree Amit is a great bloke, but its quite obvious if they wanted the club, they could buy it tomorrow. The 20% stake is an interest, nothing more. I seem to think, fans look at the grass on the other side and it being greener. I call it the "chris wright syndrome".

Reality is if the Mittals wanted the whole stake in the club, they would have it. They don't. Plus, they have absolutely no experience of the sporting industry and are experts in other businesses.

How much prior sports experience did Roman Abramovich or Mohammed Al Fayed have before they decided to buy our neighbouring football clubs??

                        Difference was they wanted it.

Fayed didn't take 20% of Fulham and nor Did Abroavitch for C....sea.

They bought the whole shebang from the start

I'm not a great lover of Flavio, but he gets a hard press.

You don;t invest what he has, to be a failure.

the difference between us and every other club.

they have 2 stikers who to aim for. we get the ball in the areas but nobody there. we need more options up top and we will be fine.

                            no movement in central midfield.

                            borrowdale is crap.

when you run at a defender, you are ment to run with pace to beat him.

Pete, if you disagree with any of the following - let's hear it:

In the 2 and a half years since the takeover we've....

                              Been through 6 different managers.
The fans are split and squabbling more than ever.
We have a ridiculously unbalanced squad, too many midfielders, and one specialist full back.
Our strike force is way below what it could/should be.
The ticket prices are far too high.
The atmosphere in the ground is rubbish.
The contact between club and fans is lacking. (fans forums, etc..)
The crowds are falling, and 11,000 on saturday was a very worrying crowd.
They over-hyped the expectations, and have fallen short of where we should be two years on.
Our image within the game (other managers, media etc..) is not good.

I'm getting tired of hearing how Briatore "doesn't do failure", and how he's been a success in other fields.
He's failed so far, and I can't see how even his staunchest fans can deny that.

                              GP??
I didn't have a problem with him early on in his time at QPR. Plenty did.
I agreed with the removal of Holloway, the appointment of Waddock, the removal of Waddock after he failed, the appointment of Gregory etc..

But since the takeover, I have come to the conclusion that despite all that, and despite his passion for QPR (I'll take your word for that), he has been given a job that he is not qualified to carry out... and because of the ridiculous mess that our squad is in - he has failed too.

The probem is, while the owners are very quick to ditch the various managers that have fallen short of the huge expectations put upon them - one person has not taken responsibility for the failings on the football side of things, and constantly escaped the trap door.

I don't think GP is right for the job of Director of Football/Sport, or whatever his title is... and if I thought for one minute that Briatore was big enough or humble enough to learn from all his mistakes, and change his ways, I'd be very willing to give him a chance.
But in my opinion.... he's not capable of that.

So for the good of QPR, I hope he does one, and takes GP with him.
Both failures, however successful they've been at F1, agent work, restaurants, or whatever else they've done.

Still no quality striker at the club(noticed Blackstock scored Again)

Less than 12,000 in the ground for a near enough local derby

Atmosphere at LR is worse than i've ever known it.

Agree except I think Borrowdale was one of the better players! Don't understand no Ramage, or Gorkss... and wonder when Buzz will start. I think he needs to have full match fitness to be at his best and coming on as sub makes him look like hes lost a yard of his pace! Taraabt needs to be more aware imo, and needs to realise sometimes that there is no I in Team. Think Simpson looks to have great potential, thought Cerny did ok! Thought Ledge look week and slow where he was. All my opinion...
