Watch most of the teams in this division, especially the ones at the top, they all play direct football. We play fancy dan flicks and triangles, we can't afford to stick with this.
Remember Doncaster, lovely football never got anywhere near the top either. Hoilett came on and was direct.
We must play like this with a tempo and play Phillips on the other wing

Playing this kind of football we can forget about automatic promotion. We are built on names....same as we were in the Premier. Everyone is saying we have a fantastic squad....however cant see the likes of Zamora helping the cause much. We make too many mistakes because we try to play fancy football.
