Hardly an over reaction we seem to lack penetration against organised better teams in the division. Teams are happy for us to play with the ball in areas of the pitch which are not dangerous. We seem to run out of ideas and become very predictable. Its not just today but this has been a frustration all season amongst fans. I like the way we play at times keeping possession but we also need to up the tempo to break teams down and be more direct. We seem a bit too one dimensional for my liking with no Plan B.

Agree with W12. We lack any sort of creativity, or a player with a bit of magic to get you a goal or a win in these type of games. Nugent and the impressive Vardy were brilliant imo and were exactly what Austin isn't. Not a dig at Austin as obviously his record speaks for it's self, but we lacked any sort of pace up top and when you get 1 chance you got to bury them like Vardy.

No i realise that Kev, just saying It normally is worse. We imo played well 1st half, should've scored at least once, but again we didn't. Niko was absent in the 2nd half and after that we just didn't seem to get an opening.
We do have excellent players but we get bogged down and pass and pass. A ball over the top occasionally surely wouldn't go amiss, pretty much how Leicester scored, long goal kick, headed on and the players in the box and scores. But we have to be pleased with how things have gone so far, and look forward to a good finish to the season, based on what we've seen so far, and the personnel we have

Agree we need something to change the way we play, if we lose against forest we could drop to 4th place no way I want that because I think we will struggle if we have to do all the chasing because we do not score enough goals.

Taarabt sat behind Austin really is what we need to unlock defences. Austin is an intelligent footballer he would feed of Adel's through balls which Caroll and Krancjer don't seem to play (as going sideways is preferred to forward). I'd like to see Barton pushed on and Faurlin sat in front of the defence. Just before Faurlin got injured I thought he would do that job, breaking up play and keeping it simple playing it out.

There was one moment today which summed the whole thing up when Carroll broke 25 yards out with the whole ground screaming 'shoot' he paused looked around and flicked a through ball through to no one losing us possession in the final third.

Adel just got an assist against Man City but not good enough to unlock Yeovil apparently. Ho hum...

Playing well, great assist. Anyway we can't give our views on him without childish comments about fan clubs etc, etc.

Only third loss all season, best defence and goals against in the league, in and around the top two places all season.....how much better do you want exactly?

Yep if you appreciate technically gifted players who unlock defences you don't understand anything about football apparently because we are going to win the league with O'Neil, Carroll and the other crabs...
