90% of QPR fans are travelling in the opposite direction maybe...nice 15/20 min wait for the Overground as well. I could also travel into Baker Street from Ruislip and get the Bakerloo Line back in the opposite direction to Wilesden Junction.

Yep well done I think you've just solved the transportation problem (if you don't mind the extra 20+ mins travelling time)

Hardly an issue is it? Don't you think timetables get amended? More punters = more money for TFL. I'm pretty sure we'll see more trains once the ground is done. Not rocket science. White city or central line people from Ruislip way can go to Bush central line onto Overground. Adding what 15 mins to your journey? Big wows.

No I don't mind the extra 15 mins to get to our new stadium I'll just leave 15 mins earlier than usual. Hardly earth shattering stuff.

Never had problems from White Hart Lane personally as I don't use seven sisters like every other clown.

Its out of the way you'd be surprised how many people find that a nuisance, easy to say it now! Yes off course timetables, I'm a Londoner not an out of town commuter.

Anyway I'm sure we'll have a few mesageboard posters who will back you up but in the real world an extra 30 mins travelling about a day is always a treat especially for those night games.

I'm not saying it's perfect I'm just saying it really isn't a big issue. Transport links in the west of London to a place like Willesden Jn are pretty good.

Its far from perfect and Transport links in the west of London to a place like Willesden Jn are not that great and never have been travelling from the West of London where most QPR fans are located.

I've not even got onto the parking yet!

Parking in London period is **** not just WJ you know that.

Any one from Watford, Bushey , Harrow way - Direct to WJ

Ruislip, Northolt, Greenford - Central line to Bush, cross road, overground to WJ 7 mins

Anyone from Fulham way - West Brompton direct to WJ, 15 mins

Anyone from Clapham way - Direct to WJ, 25 mins.

That's NW, W, SW pretty much covered. Yes it will add 30 mins all round journey for SOME which is life but for others like myself it will knock off around 20 mins from what I do now so swings & roundabouts.

I love it you cover all the different directions but fail to highlight the vast majority will be coming from the direction which is worst connected. I also find it unlikely that those coming from this way will opt to go via the Overground to WJ. People are habitual and will want to avoid it especially with shoppers etc on Saturday at Westfield, in a perfect world what you say sounds great but unfortunately about 10% of people will find the journey better.

As for parking its 10 times better around LR, I doubt very much the new ground will come with parking either.

royal oak station, 18 bus stop 50 yards away high frequency route runs every 6 to 8 mins
runs to harrow road now but with developments they change route to go into the development
they changed routes for buses into the local sainsburys...so im guessing the 18 bus and other routes
will go into the development...good point for you to mention to tf and co so they get it right
they are going to put a comments and suggestions forum on the official site

a lot of fans are creatures of habit ,leave same time ,go to same pub ,walk the same way ,if it was as easy as you say,but i doubt ,ppeople get the hump when an evening kick off is moved from 7,45 to 8

So the Rangers masses travelling in from the West have to come in to go back out again?

I agree and I'm one of them but what do we do? Just gotta get on with it as I said IMO it's really not a big deal.

W12. Where is this area that's worse affected that most fans are coming from out of interest?

Why is an evening kick off moved to 8 (and I'm not referring to Sky matches)?
