Its not a superiority thing though

Firstly it prevents wind up merchants taking liberties, only 5 mins ago I've heard 3 ****heads singing Anti Rangers songs walking pass my window. we are not most popular club around and it wouldn't take a lot for rival fans to stitch us up, I know I'd be tempted to do so despite Deepcut being on his high horse.

Secondly ST holders deserve the loudest voice, using a medium such as the likes of twitter for the main fan feedback blatantly discriminates against a large portion of the loyal fan base. just because its TF's, Deep cuts and Dazzer's chosen soapbox doesn't make it representative

Lastly there are a lot of loud opinionated fans on the web who don't actually go, why should these fans get their voices heard the most over fans who are not computer literate.

Some fans may feel discriminated against but I to remember the Leeds match and the incessant whinging from posters on message boards because they couldn't get a ticket for the one game they wanted to turn up to all season. The board can't keep everyone happy but please look after those who are your most important customers.

Spectacular lack of self-awareness in this post.

My 'high horse' is suggesting that all QPR fans have a chance to have say, and that the oppo fans mischief-making can be mitigated for.

You seem intent on slagging and belittling anyone who isn't like you.

So the "shocking one" lost anyway then, in spite of the numskulls?

        My point exactly!

Think palace heard about it and obviously discounted it.

So why do ST holders get priority to away games ?

Would some say that's not fair on the people who can't go every week ?

Listen here I served in her majestys services in the earley nineties so hardly went to any games then when I left the Army got a job on the front door of a west end Casino, so found I could go to most games therfore became a season ticket holder unfortunatley Casino door work was very family unfriendly and the wages were **** so I got another services job which means I now have moved further away from london and have to work shifts which include every other weekend.
So I am now a member which unfortunatly during our last promotion push was not enough to get me a ticket for the last game of the season becouse season ticket holders had brought them all for tourists to make a quick buck, so do you still think you are a bigger Qpr fan than me ?
I am not allowed to call you an ******** due to forum rules but I am allowed to think you are one
Dyslexic so please don't feel the need to correct my spelling mistakes as I really don't give a **** and before you say use spell checker if it is spelt right / wright but not in context spell check is useless

In 2010 I moved to the opposite end of the country missed a large slice of promotion winning season yet still bought a season ticket though I had no income. At present I work 2/3 weekends and will do for the foreseeable and still own a ST. Thing is if I didn't own an ST I certainly wouldn't be moaning about it being unfair and hope the club do contact us all by proper means for our opinion on a new badge.

My point is I'm well aware there will be individual stories which will make my opinion seem unfair but I would like to first of all see fairness for ST holders. I'm not convinced those who have no internet access will be not discriminated against. I'm picturing a dozen supporters sat around me who I reckon could fall into this category and I don't see why an over opinionated fan on the Internet who never goes to games should get priority over them.

That's a good point with regards to internet access W12. I know a lot of people who attend games regularly don't use forums or the internet like us.

I reckon just have someone at the top of the stairs handing out a form, put client reference on and badge choice. Then also open up voting to those who are on the email database and have bought tickets/QPR Player before.

Correct so simple ain't it !

                    Really can't understand people digging out W12 ( & Vesp's ) on this one .............

Use some sort of hierarchy system if you wish BUT surely only people who are on the clubs database get to vote , whether that be for 40 years continuous ST buying or just for having a QPR Calendar sent out to you in Outer Mongolia where you have been stationed for the last decade !

                    SIMPLES
"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

on what our stadium should be like or badge but not prioritise those fans who turn up... That's not fair!
Didn't you say recently that if we et promoted back to the prem, your dad might give up his season ticket? Well ok then, he gets NO say in the future of our club. I don't care how long he's been going, not a single word of input should be allowed.

After all, it appears you want to stop anyone outside those who are current season ticket holders, forgetting those who have formerly been season ticket holders, share holders, members etc.

Let's hope you don't lose your job soon and find it difficult to get another one which would possibly stop you renewing your season ticket. That would mean you get no say in the future.

That's one way of doing it , I think this is about more than a club badge. With so much change ahead of us the club should be going out of their way to contact its season-ticket holders to consult them properly. I think fans on the Internet seriously underestimates the percentage of our fan base who don't have access to or use Internet forums. TF may be at the forefront of technology and social media but it doesn't mean everybody else is.

What about people like Russ. Bless him, this club meant everything to him, but yet he wasn't able to go. That does not make him any less of a fan and people like him deserve a say just as much as you.
Agree Nick. I've got a mate who's passionate about the club. He's been up and down the country seeing the team over the years and has a programme collection to match most. He's not a ST holder, he can't afford it.

People like him shouldn't be excluded, and neither should those who love the club to bits but economics don't allow them to have a greater involvement.

Well, your old man is a traitor and a Judas and should have no say in the club if he doesn't renew his ST.

You should force the turncoat into renewing his ST. How dare he contemplate giving it up?
