He has a legion of twitter folk that he regularly gives stuff to do for free and they hang on his every word. Cringeworthy tbh but he has them right where he wants them. Thats his job.

What sort of bell end tweets the chairman anyway ????

Comprehensive fans feedback on everything ranging from kit, badge, ground facilities etc, send something in the post to all season ticket holders then that way everyone gets a voice....Unless its just a smokescreen and you couldn't really give a **** what the fans think.

Feedback on twitter is not informative and non representaive

Is your view any more relevant or representative than those QPR fans that contact the chairman through whatever medium is available?

You're asking a lot of questions about the interview. You should find time to listen to it.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

No worries mate, I'm busy too which is why I didnt have time to listen to it, post it AND write out a summary. Some posters have now given some pretty fair summaries.

However they will not do it justice compared to actually hearing the man speak for the arch sceptics/cynics such as the three of you. Do yourself a favour and take a break from posting here for 20 minutes to listen to it, when you can spare the time of course.

he was absolutely certain it will go ahead and said they acquired a large piece of land today (only listened once ...im sure he said that).

im sure they are good guys and will do the right thing but im a bit concerned about what model of ownership the stadium will take...

I think he hinted before that nike was the new kit maker. I cant understand why they are apparently not able to deliver the kit qpr want next
season but the season after next the kit will be fantastic.

Blimey. All I did was state part of the interview....

Yes he's obsessed by Twitter and followers don't give the cross section of views regarding issues such as capacity.
Impressed that he wasn't interested in business consultants and seemed to be putting fans at the centre.
Interested to see if you sub divided groups such as those who attended regularly and ST holders compared to armchair fans whether they would differ on capacity.
He seemed to like B Dortmund type stadium and said certain stadiums he didn't like but wasn't going to say, reckon he's against bowl type like emirates. It's going compact.
Doesnt sound as if the ground is conditional on other issues as the shareholders are buying up the land, does appear they are still buying land and hopefully everyone required will sell.
I do hope the club doesn't lose it's soul and just becomes a brand, hopefully it will turn out well but it's a long road.

Haha I was composing my email in response to Vs post but went off to make a Rosie and posted and just saw your email. Twitter is representative but not of the type of person you would want to base a £200m or however it cost project on. Wasn't it approx 6 months ago when he got loads of tweets following our relegation or something and he decided he had enough and was going to walk away from the club or something. Really twitter cannot be the barometer that fans feedback can be gathered from.

Have you actually listened to the interview? Of course he's not basing it all on twitter. That's only one of several forms of fan consultation he spoke of.

But it must be one of the sources that feedback is drawn from, as there are a lot of fans that use it, and they have as much right to feedback as any QPR fan.

I would say a comprehensive fans feedback is better than few dozen dicky boys and some over excited teenagers on twitter

I'm sorry but why all off a sudden should twitter become this all widely accepted medium when most posters rip it to shreds any other time. I'm sorry I will listen to this interview in the early hours but for now I will basically say this based on comments I've read so far. If TF was really that bothered what us fans think he would produce a comprehensive survey a long time ago which a pen and paper is used to fill in not a ****ing tweet!

I would wager 99 per cent more rangers fans go on and use twitter than they do here, its a massive medium. So coating off tony for consultating people on twitter is even more jawdropping.

I think fans are right to be nervous.
I remember when NW went and posters were falling over themselves to undermine him, saying how bad the training was and how MH would make us into a top premiership club, posters were even saying top 10 and Europe were touching distance. Remember when MH mentioned mouth swabs at training sessions, some posters almost fainted with joy.
It was almost Stalinesque wiping away NW and the players that got us up, no one cared because we were now premiership and had players from Europe that no one ever heard off but they played for real etc and then came the champions league players .....happy clappers had taken over.
Any one critical of Rigg, MH, TF, transfer policy were shouted down as heathens and described as dinosaurs ...
Reality turned out we were a joke and therefore sometimes being sceptical isn't always a bad trait.
