Don't like going from being a club with a pure West London postcode to a North West postcode. But has it's benefits, we get more breathing space from Chelsh*t which in return will bring more support. It be sad to move but it has to be done in my eyes. Don't blame people for being split on the decision, as no one likes change, but you look at clubs that moved to a different stadium, they forget about it pretty quickly. Don't see Swansea, Cardiff, Sunderland, Man City etc moaning wanting to go back.

If Chelsea wanted to could they come in and table a bid for OOC ?

Maybe one of the experts on new grounds can answer this!

No. It has all been agreed across all parties. They cannot even buy it off of us....... not that Mr Mittal would ever let that happen...... I mean - what would Amit do with his new concrete company that he (and the family) have put so much time and effort in to. And I mean that as a positive - not a swipe at what some may see as negative profiteering.

Are we in the same sort of predicament though? We could find somewhere else to build a football ground what we have is an opportunity to be part of an apparent major regeneration project.

Just proves how hard it is to find the right plot of land in West London. Minor miracle that we seem to have managed it if you ask me.

Ridiculously the postcode thing bugs me. I've been using the "not a West London postcode" stick to mock Brentford, Phlegm and chelsea supporters over the years.
If the Mittals paid to rebrand NW10 as W12 or W10 as a sweetener to the move I'd be well behind them!

Can we not keep an office in a West London Post code and call that HQ and the official address of the club therefore remaining in West London???

We started as a NW postcode club so we only going back home. Plus we get some breathing space from the scum which is a good thing because it helps us get more supporters, since we have 40,000 seater stadium. Our owners are clever buggers!!!!

They could put the new ground on a north/south facing axis with the half way line being the split between the two postcodes.
My old man was the star player for HMP Parkhurst during their successful and unbeaten 77/78 season.

Exactly, my god do we have moaning fans. Personalized postcode, whatever next.

Look I don't blame fans moaning about moving out of an area but we're talking a stone throw away from the current ground. That is incredible for such an over populated city that we can stay in the same area. I am tall enough to be looking forward to not feeling like a cripple than get all emotional over a poxy postcode. Don't get me wrong I love LR for atmosphere but ffs we have a chance to move forward and for me a 20min walk from our current ground is the no1 thing.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

In purely geographical terms it takes them closer to their origins in Kilburn.
Its a move up the road so I personally don't really mind. My grandparents lived on the Queens Park estate for 40 odd years so I've never had a big problem with postcodes anyway.
