Same here..dont want to move but if we must then a 30k just for football and not sharing it with pop acts and Gerry Cottles circus. A stadium built for us.

Agreed , viva la gang of for !
"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

43k just so that we have the biggest drum in the area and take the p1$$ out of sh1tsea for having a small ground.

I voted "don't mind" as I'm happy to leave it up to Tony and the Board to decide what size makes the most sense. One thing I will say is that it is not nice playing in a half empty stadium, so I hope that we choose a size we can fill. Personally, I think if it is done right we would get to the point fairly quickly where we could fill a 40,000 seater. There is lots of demand for football tickets in London and if we are a competitive Premier League team then we will fill a lot of seats.

How about a stadium that changes size as required, like BC Place in Canada.

BC Place is the largest multipupose live event facility of its kind in British Columbia, Canada. The video showcases the stadium conversion from our home tea...
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

30,000 with scope to increase size further, if needed, would be spot on.

40k for me. A 30k would fill very quickly based on the evidence of attendance growth among other clubs. Do we want the builders in the new stadium so soon after moving in?
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

I've been going down the Rangers since the early 70s, and I can only ever recall being in a 30+ thousand crowd once, Leeds in '76. I errr on the side of caution.

yer why dont we have a desk at the airport that hands out tickets as the tourists fly in? we could give them a little plastic flag to wave on the day too?

Great idea V. See, this 40,000 isn't gonna be that hard after all.

40k. as long as they get the acoustics right for the atmosphere when its not completely full, if we are spending the money on a stadium it would be foolish to limit the size and ultiamtely the potential revenue stream.

I agree mate. The thing I find disappointing is that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity and some people don't want to know.

If we don't do this now, we'll never get another chance. The way London is being built up there won't be anywhere else to go, unless we do what Chris Wright wanted and moved out to Uxbridge or Ruislip.
