  • Something has to be sorted out

I am clueless of what needs to be done to turn things.

Shall Magilton be sacked? this will continue our instability.

Shall the owners leave? they have invested a lot of money and there is no point to leave.

Something has to be changed inside. I am really confused. What do you suggest?

I think it is obvious - We don't score goals. We need a proven striker. If the board are genuinely interested in the glamour of the Premiership, they have to pull out all the stops.

We also have to play Buzsaky in centre midfield with Watson. What a bloody fantastic partnership that could be.

Finally, We need to play a consistent team, with only minor changes when really necessary.

That at least gives us the best chance of success.

tactics are wrong.. formation is right but tactics are v wrong.

we have skill in abundance. yet we try to go through teams.

we have small strikers yet we pump the ball up long.

if we are gonna play 4-4-2 we need taarabt routledge and whoever.. gettin to the byline cutting it back. because on saturday and against forest we didnt have the ball in the right areas enough.

saturday we tried to go through boro, same for forest.

im sure if we played a wider game we would have more luck.

that being said if we play 4-3-3/4-5-1

buz can then play in his best position, in a 4-4-2 buz is wasted.

its tactics and passion for the reason we arent winning. not enough players willing to fight for the win..
Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
            Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"

He needs to decide what his best team is and stick with it for a bit becuase chopping and changing when theres no need will help no-one! We also need to sign a striker that probably won't happen until January though so I wouldn't expect too much between now and then!

hi my friend, like you im really ****ed off with QPR at the moment.the root of the problem is our owners are super arrogent people who know NOTHING about football, they have no idea about managers and they have no idea about players.they DO know plenty about fancy talk, feeding spin and trying to screw the QPR supporters.Im sorry to tell you, this season is already a write off(and strainrod and ****in happyploughguy can say what they want),because WHEN Mags is sacked,it will take about 2 months to find someone else stupid enough to take the job,and that person will probably be another sacked championship manager.no good news im afraid.

go back to 4 4 2 with 2 defensive midfielders and 2 wide men,a system we usually play well with

There's a common denominator in all our troubles and trevails.

Not for a second going to plant a foot either way as there are many who see poisitives and many who see negatives.

Gianni Paladini has overseen everything in the past 3.5 years in terms of recruitment in to the football operations side.
