I've no idea. Ask him yourself.

Cause if it weren't the stadium now, it would be the players or his business ability
I've watched every side since Bloom was chairman and I've slagged them all off at times ,and praised and i can assure you i am not spoilt or a WUM

I just don't know where the 40k has come from
                      Saints - 30k
                      Swansea - 20k
                      Donny - 15k
                      Cardiff - 27k

Now we need a stadium the size of Anfield. I haven't heard one sensible argument as to how we will fill this.
                      Arguments are
1- cheaper prices, not one new build stadium has decreased prices. Tickets go up to pay for the build and you are paying for ambience.
2 - build and they will come. No they won't, most want to see Mata and Hazard not BZ
                      3. We have loads of armchair fans who will come if they get a nice seat and cold beer. They haven't turned up regularly in their life they ain't going to start turning up in the future.
                      4. We have no st waiting list, I don't know a single person who would miraculously attend come a new stadium.
5 take the Fulham model and fill with neutrals. That would require us to definitely be an established premiership side for a lengthy period and Fulham is in any event not that big a ground, at ours you would need in the region of 20k neutrals per match day.
I just don't get where that number has come from.

The stadium isnt for the football clubs benefit. The 40k is for the music venue while we are just a side issue and a means to an end.

Has Tf got any involvement with the housing, hotels or entertainment complex?

Apparently the 26k housing and the stuff surrounding the music venue is down to TF/Mittalls and the rest of the backers. So i was told on here yesterday anyhow. He's been in the media crowing about the fact he is regenerating a part of London with new houses and such.

                                @Tblock

Do you think the board have plucked this 40k figure out of thin air without doing some research on the subject? Now that would be extremely worrying. Perhaps the board know something we don't.

I find it hard to believe the board hasn't considered how they're going to fill the new ground. Surely they've done their homework on this very important matter.

This isn't a short term plan, this is about the next 25-50 years and beyond.
