  • West Ham fans discussing QPR stadium

Tbf to them there are a few "but they can't fill 18,000k so why 40,000" comments, but there are more knowledgeable fans putting their own move and ours pretty much on a par.
Some very interesting views i thought ....enjoy

Both us and them will fill spare seats with tourists and corporates just like the Scum, Arsenal and Spurs do.

Yeah someone on there actually says that. It's like one posted both clubs are looking to bring in an extra 23,000 odd. Some of them lot are more positive than our own support. As i say they seem to understand better
      because of their move

To be honest, all the atmosphere will come from 3 blocks - Q, P and R. Fill those with regular supporters and it probably wont matter who is in the other seats!

some interesting comments, personally think initially we will get mid 20,000's, what comes later depends on the team. Got to laugh at some of the **** some posters spout, 'I lived a mile from the ground for 6 years and hardly knew any QPR fans' and this classic from a Rupert, 'the vast majority of their fans live on the White City Estate, so they will get in for free'
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble

Agree with them there are a lot of 'silent' QPR fans in the west london area who probably can't afford to go that often. With the right pricing we can get all of them in, so we don't have to rely on plastic fans too much, hopefully.

                          Best quote on there....

Get the pricing right and you should hopefully get the casual fan attending more games.

Not everybody can afford to buy season tickets or tickets for every home game.

I'd like to see decent deals for family's as,after all,the kids are our future season ticket holders.

Don't think the stadium will just be used for football though.
Will be designed to be able to hold Music Events, Boxing etc.
