Vblock, what do you think our average gate will be in the first season in our new stadium? It will be nearer 40 than 18. Halfway is 29,500. Do you want a token bet on that?

Have all moved to lovely new state of the art stadiums, and spurs and west ham are doing so as well. You cant stop progress or change, how many people on here swore they wouldnt get a mobile phone or couldnt see themselves ever on the internet a few years back? Life evolves, maybe too quick, but thats a fact of life.Kept the faith!

You've got to be realistic with chairman's who are/were available.
What I was saying is that there are no (that I know of) super rich qpr fans around that want to invest heavily in their club.
Next best thing- Tony Fernandes. Im more than happy with that.SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!

I know being rangers has always meant you have to be miserable and sit with the most sour faced negative people on the planet, and also accept nothing good happens and just be thankful we stay afloat every year whether thats with buckets full of ten p's or not, but things have changed.

PR guru i'll give him that but all in all he's a bit of a chancer.
Tony and people behind him are rich rich rich rich rich. This club is in no financial difficulties and nothing is a gamble with them, as they have limitless funds and dont give a shite about spending them on making us a better and bigger club. And with the parachute money and money we will get next year in the prem, they aint even doing to badly out of it either.

Plus...
Tony has worked very hard not only for his money but to build his reputation, and that alone is a big reason why he will not in anyway mess this club up. He has his hole livelihood and reputation riding on this and IMO wont stop until he has achieved his goals.... owning a very successful business/club.
I think the main problem is that we have all gotten so used to supporting a small team in lower divisions. And That's why we've been able to have a small ground, because we've spent many years out of the premiership.
But if we're to battle with the big guns in the premiership then we have to become one toSIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!
