Surely going with 40k allows the ambition. I live in bucks and reckon I know about 35/40 people who live near me who support rangers. At the moment probably half go if we were to go to a new ground I think that would grow rightly or wrongly to three quarters.
Even one day if we manage to fill a 40k stadium we could be playing in a half filled stadium for years. Still all those tunts moaning about leg room at LR will get ample haha

Will the affordable housing necessarily be part of the development or can it be on another site?

London Pride has been handed down to us.
London Pride is a flower that's free.
London Pride means our own dear town to us,
And our pride it for ever will be.

and the UNCHR means asylum seekers must be prioritised for housing and benefits....you must look after those you have promised to look after...
no such promise has been made to britains (except for every constitution making event in a thousand years of history, which the last criminal govt ignored)
are we not lucky that brown blair and mandelson invented the new status of asylum seeker, which didn't exist beforeLast edited by QPR71; 13-12-2013, 08:18 PM.

You can't build 25k worth of homes in London for private tenants / ownership on brownfield land there would be uproar
Is it all council or is some of that what they refer to as affordable housing? In a development that will likely contain a lot of expensive 'apartments', I wonder what counts as 'affordable'?

For us that would mean around 29k."
