Actually comes across as genuine enough and if he's up for an adult debate more then welcome in my book think the board misses the input of decent opposition fans

I have to agree, we have had a couple of oppo fans in the past that have contributed in fairly good debate; only issue is, that we have a couple of members, that have a zero tolerance for anything other than Rangers fans.

I make no bones about personally seeing QPR as rivals (due to where I was bought up, and local experience, but I've gone into all that before), and that is why I find the point of view of sensible Rs interesting to debate.

It's fair game for you lot to be enjoying our current situation, and on your board why not?

I don't get much time to look on here nowadays anyway, but thought I'd have a look because someone on FoF made mention of the current interest in our predicament on here.

Like iv said in a previous post I don't really have any issue with the old school Fulham fans, the ones that have a background of the area, the ones who took the stick from other clubs for being in the lower divisions for years.
The fans I really despise, are the ones who know everything about ffc because of "Google".
Being a Fulham fan surely you know the one's I mean?

I'm one of your 'old school' Fulham fans - my dad first took me in 75/76, and I've lived through the doldrum years, and went all over the country in the eighties and early nineties.

As for your previous question, I'd say that the managerial change has given us a fighting chance of staying up, but we've got it all to do due to Jol's incompetence.

We had a good go at Spurs, and hopefully we'll get up and running again on Sunday at home to Villa.

What's your view on tarrabt so far mate ? You seem like a sensible poster so would like an honest opinion on how he's been for your lot . I know a couple of Fulham fans from school who were always there pre Keegan and always enjoyed the banter with them . Like others have said it's the Johnny come latelys I can't stand , especially when they try and give it the biggun !!

Villa are a funny old side capable of spanking a team one week and then having their bellies rubbed the next. Personally think you need to come away from that game with a point as new manager coming into two defeats with the games that follow Villa will mean he has his back against the wall

I'm not indifferent, and am honest enough to admit I like us winning and you losing. However, you lot are local to us whether you like it or not, and for that reason I'm interested to hear what you've got to say - besides I get a bit bored with our own boards sometimes..

To be fair, I think he's making a genuine effort to give it a go, but hasn't had much opportunity due to injury, and Jol not having a clue about anything.

He's been saying the right things lately, and made us all aware (as if we didn't know) that in his efforts to do something special he's likely to lose the ball a lot!

He's only on loan, so we're not too committed if he doesn't deliver long term.

I know, Everton away and Man City at home next. A point will stop the rot, but really need 3 points - although I know Villa can be good away (like in the week against Southampton)
