Well said 77, I'm sure it's most of us, me included. I did think he lost the plot a bit after we were promoted, but that promotion season was a thing of beauty!

Best of luck NW, wherever you go!

has this man no morals or priciples?

the blue half of sheffield dont want you warnkock. it was bad enough taking over leeds but along with signing ("sewer rat") diouf, this is the lowest anyone could go.

if diouf is a "sewer rat" which you signed for leeds and gave him £20k per week.

if sheffield wendsday fans are "scumbags of the highest order"

then what does that make you warnkock?

your nothing but a two faced peice of shyte.

how anyone can coat Neil off for what he did for this club is mind-boggling, a Legend, like Olly and hopefully Harry
I must away now, I can no longer tarry

            And another thing...

who gives a fock if he managed Leeds, who gives a fock if he signed Diouf, and who gives a fock if he goes to Wednesday!! All I care about is what he done for us, something no one managed to do for 15 years... LEGEND!!!!!!!!

Sorry hitman, but your deep rooted hatred is not going to work this time. Warnock just saying on talksport that there is no way he could manage wednesday as hes a blade. Turned it down point blank. Ha ha.

Am I right in thinking he was told if he kept us out of the bottom 3 his job would be safe, and he done that and still got sacked?

yep, correct. But our naive chairman got romanced by kia in dstrkt and the mayfair club etc and had his head turned completly.

                      Shocking!

I mean to be honest I don't think NW really has it to make it in the premiership, a bit like Olly. But with what he done with our club give him a chance, give him a bit of respect.

This. Fella gave me my Rangers back after the earlier disasters under Flavio. Under him we were talked about again. I'll always be grateful.

Agree totally with the support for Warnock, at a very difficult time for the club he turned it round amazingly that was some season and how a QPR fan can have an ounce of bitterness to the man who led the charge is I'm afraid very bizarre.

As to Diouf, Wednesday ....who cares. When Hughes joined many of us were guilty in turning a blind eye to NW, little chanting of his name when he first left but on the whole we en masse accepted his departure without any critiscm of the board and were guilty of buying into the vision of going to a new level, now being a premiership club blah blah sprouted by Hughes.
Those great players that grafted to get us up just left and we never shed a tear because we had signed Bosingwa, Park and Granero....

So don't have a go at King Warnock for lacking morals and principles ...

Great post. Yep. We all brought into the hype. I remember myself writing off the likes of Tommy Smith as a championship player with no pace.... Others too. Never Clint. And we were right to write off big and useless Bentley driving Dave. Now I know I'd take a championship quality Tommy Smith who has no pace over a Mbia or a Diakite any day of the week. Or a Gorkss over an Anton Ferdinand (which shows Neil made the odd error, too)
