We have gon 5 straight away matches without a win - a huge concern
Our away form has nothing to do with carroll in or out of the team, I'm not concerned Burnley have gone 5/6 games without a win

Win at home, draw the majority and lose one in ten away and we we will be promoted. And thats exactly what we are doing. On perfect course.

Carroll helps the fluidity of our play with his constant one or two touch pass and move. Will become a fantastic player in my opinion and can learn a lot from Joey.

While im here, i could watch aj's cross for charlies goal (which he had absolutely no right to get over) and mattys goal a hundred times and not get bored. Two bits of sublime football. Best night in ages last night, was a real buzz.

How can say that it has nothing to do with Carroll. Last 5 away without a win and no Carroll. Carroll is obviously good for the team. Him instead of Krancjar, who has started all the 5 away games and I am sure we would have got some more point. Top bad Carroll was injured - if not we would be runa away leaders.

Because Carroll is not the reason why our away form has been poor , using Yeovil as an example is poor as those who went said he was poor and this was our luckiest win if the season. Carroll had an ok game last night but for the first 25 minutes I didn't even know he was on the pitch. The lad is a squad player not an automatic starter for me. I really don't think his inclusion yesterday would have made much difference to the result. Let's see if he can do it consistently against the better teams in this division before lording him. He is surrounded by the best players in the division if he were playing for Bournemouth how good would he really look?

It is a real pleasure to watch his style of football driving forward with the quick touches and super vision

This is how goals are created and contributed highly last night

W12 you seem to have blinkers on where carroll is concerned. yes he is on the light side but we are a much better football team with him in it than without him. to suggest he is a squad player quite frankly is an embarrasing opinion. If he is a squad who in your opinion should play instead?

The only problem I see with Carroll is the better he plays the lesser chance of us getting him on permanent basis!

That wont ever happen anyway, most people have got him marked down as englands next captain.

For me, I'd personally play Barton and Carroll in the middle with Phillips and Hoilett wide on Saturday.

Regarding Niko. Not impressed me at all and still looks unfit and overweight. Glad Harry dropped him last night.

I think Carroll does his own job well enough but also from what i've seen he seems to improve the overall team play too - like hes the drummer beating time for the team, keeping things ticking - could be a coincidence from just a few games but its a useful thing to have in a side.

I think he was more attacking yesterday with him passing the ball forwards more then backwards and it told

when tom came harry said "we'll play through him"....on his joining interview with qpr media, when asked "what do you bring?" tom replied
                                "hopefully i'll get them playing"

                                we are better with him
