Certainly think Jenas and O'Neil will be replaced Tuesday by AJ and Carroll. And Holliet ought replace Nico.

the problem with jenas is he's reached his peak years ago , he knows he will never play for a top 6 side or england again . so what he does is just go thru the motions , he has no hunger u can see that in his play , he's not going to bust a gut . easier to sit back and collect a fat wage packet. blame rednapp for picking players like him if we see it why can't he . we need players that will hunt the ball down when we are not in posession and jenas will not do this for 90 mins

Drop Jenas for AJ and bring in Junior H for Niko Tuesday. 4-4-2 with two wingers and two strikers. Should should see off Bmouth at home.
How about **** thinks he's too good for this division? Also was fault for second goal let the bloke push him off the ball far too easily, leave him out bring A.J. In Charlie looks much more at home with someone up top with him, think Harry needs to realise we're a better team 4-4-2 mind you had a good weekend in Donny!

If he is going to go 4-4-2 he should play Barton and Henry centre mid. Leave the wide players to create.

If we're going to play one up front (Austin) and Austin doesn't score, then where are the goals going to come from?? As we saw on Saturday our midfielder's certainly aren't going to score. With shots that rugby players would've been proud of.
Lets back Austin up with AJ or Chevanton.SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!

Were a better side with Henry in it gents but many will not want to hear that.
If we must play one up top and three in the middle then for me the middle three need to be Barton and Henry in the destructive roles with Carroll/Niko playing the advanced role nitting it together; for me I would put Carrol in over Niko as have been less then impressed with him. Hoilett and Phillips outwide

Agreed that personnel is a factor and certainly, away from home, Henry in the break up role makes a whole load of sense. But whoever the middle 4 are (if 4 4 2 is to be used), Redknapp is convinced it is a higher risk strategy than playing this way. Whilst there are issues with the scoring ability of the "middle men" in all games to date, whilst we have barely scored, we have created lots of chances to score so my guess is HR sees that as the better option. Yes, at Donny the stats were misleading because none of the off target efforts should really be deemed to be chances but in all the others, including the lackluster home effort against Charlton and away games all season, we have created good goal scoring opportunities.
As suggested above, winning at home and drawing away is a guarantee for success and, with a couple of exceptions the set up away from home has been working. I guess HR also sees it as the solution for home games too but the way teams come and play one bank of ten suggests to me that he ought to be working on a better solution for home games because if we start dropping points at home it really will make promotion difficult.
One thing we know H agrees on is that the wingers really have to pull their socks up and start contributing because they've been a huge let down thus far.#standuptocancer
