How many times did he hold on the ball for so long that there defence managed to get back infront of our players?

How many times was Hogan free but he tried to take the whole defence on?

How many times did he hold the ball then shoot just to roll it across the floor when a simple ball through was all that was needed?

How many times did he run, stop just to do a silky trick then carry on when all he had to do was knock it round/forward then latch on to it?

Its all pro's and con's with Adel Tarrabt, i think he has the potential, anyone who questions that is an *****. He's still young and needs to mature into the game more, read the game a little bit better.

Was it right to take him off? I would have said No, he should have been kept on as like many said he has the ability to change a game, should he have been played right up the park? I dont think so, he plays too deep for that.

Wasnt Cristiano Ronaldo the same on his first season at Manchester United and many slated him? These two arent too different

He should be played out wide on the wing. That way he will draw defenders to him leaving more space in the middle. When he plays up front he draws players to him and the middle gets too crowded. We would have created more chances if he had passed it more.

Other than Watson and poss Legs he was our best player, and without doubt our most threating player. He needs a strong manager though to tell him to pass. Agree with a few of you - don't know why he was taken off. We are chasing the game and take off a player who scored one of the best goals in the international break, and bring on Martin "still recovering" Rowlands who was virtually playing sweeper - and this at home against a solid , well organised but pretty uninspired newly promoted team.

Have to agree there about Buz and he passes too.
Sorry but if Tarrabt passed he would be a better player but he just goes for all the glory.

He is a very frustrating player. Tricks here and there and loses the ball 90% of the time as he is too busy wanting to do tricks other than passing the ball.

He has to learn that its not the law that he has to beat a player every time he receives the ball. if he passed it simple where appropriate the team would function better, save the fancy stuff for where it can count in the final third

Talanted player but needs sorting out
its New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks

whats frustrating about him is when he beats the player, then beats him again, then thinks "oh ill try to beat him for a third time". he is already past the guy and should be heading for goal. but that is where magilton needs to be tougher, and prob why he is taken off early in games.

we need greed.. somebody willing to take the ball and do something with it.

alot of players today when they had the ball just didnt know what to do with it.

taarabt with helguson and simpson in same team could work.

                    Quite right.

We should be bringing him on after 60 minutes.
And starting with Akos Buzsaky.... the best player at the club, bar none.

buz behind simpson i feel id agree.

                      however buz wide i dont.

vs palace id like to see us go 4-4-2 taarabt to the left, routledge right buz middle simpson/helguson up top.

I'd just like to point out that Tarrabt had an ice pack on his right ankle as soon as he came off, this may or my not be the reason he was replaced.

Why is that pete today I would of taken him off earlier he is a player we can ill afford at this moment in time, dont matter how much skill he has if he is not going 2 play as a team player what is the point, because at this moment in time we need players who are going to play for the shirt and the players around him and he is not one of them.

Still not 100% recovered from a pretty serious injury.

Shouldn't have been taken off. His own personal uncertaintly keep the Peterborough defence confused.
