  • Team for Charlton?

Not sure if Carroll or Jenas are fit. Nor Holliet, but I wouldn't play him if he were. Assuming they're not this would be my team Saturday

    Green
Simpson Dunne (if not fit then the Chief) Hill BAE
    Philips O'Neil Barton Kransjar
    Austin AJ

With AJ dropping into the hole if needs be to go 4231.

What ever way we line up against Charlton I feel we should play an attacking game... they sit near the bottom of the table at 19th, London derby and we're at home. This could be the game where it just clicks.

Is saturday the day the players finally gell and we hit second gear and charlton are the club who get the hammering?

No chance, harry will play the defensive game again as per usual. 1-0 or 0-0

Hmmmm me thinks your right Kevin.

One thing being a rangers fan has taught me over the years is that, what I want to happen and what will happen are two completely different things!!!!

Sums it nicely Nick.Just wish HR would let them off the leash a bit - it would make it more of an enjoyable spectacle.Lets all go home on a cold Saturday evening with a smile on our faces.

We need an early goal for that to happen . I honestly think if we nick an early one it could be a massacre , they are a very poor side . Look at the borough game we scored early and played our best football of the season , that could have been a lot more than two nil

                Green
                Simpson Dunne Onuoha Ekkoto
                Phillips Barton O'neil Kranjcar
                Hoilett
                Austin

Johnson if Hoilet ain't fit. Chevanton to replace Johnson if Hoilett can't make the bench. Probably would throw Chevanton in anyway for Austin...

Got to go attacking in this one - dont give them time to get any grip on the game.

AJ and Austin up front - looked good against Reading with them both on the pitch.

I don't care who Harry puts out as long as we win this game, we need to keep scoring points.

Good team. I think JJ vs O'Neil is a coin flip - Jenas has goals in him but they are close. But the rest looks good and there are not enough goals or crosses coming from Hoilett to justify his place.
I can see how a manager would say stick with what works til it breaks and stick with the 451 and he probably will and that would be fair enough as it is results that count - but the above team looks better to me.
