  • Groupon tickets v Bournemouth

I purchased 2 Tickets for the Bournemouth game through Groupon at £14.50 each. The website claimed it was a 42% discount on the tickets. The tickets arrived in the post today - they have only got a face value of £10.15 each - are they allowed to do this?

P.s they probably printed the tickets with that price on purpose to stop any resell profiteering going on.

That's probably what Groupon have paid for them. The additional fees you've paid are probably their service charge etc etc...

You got the tickets cheaper than if you bought them through the club. What more do you want?

Send them back, ask for a refund, and then buy new full price tickets from the club with the correct price written on the ticket...

(I bought some as well and wondered why the price was different but £14.50 is a bargain.)
