How some of them think the table will look after 46 games.

I think we do have have a very talented team and a great manager, but it just don't come natural to me to predict QPR to come good and get automatics. I'm hoping we do......but

surprised they rate the fakes so highly
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

You cant let hate get in the way of the obvious. The only people who dont think we are deffo going up automatic is a fair few rangers fans. All the bookies , pundits and fans of other clubs do it appears.

"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

Might they be the same people who said we were too good to go down ?

We are a solid outfit whilst suffering injuries to key players. Of course people are going to think we are going to go up, they may however be expecting us to spend big in the next window. Most Rangers fans know that will probably not be the case, which is why we're not quite as quick as other fans to be crowning ourselves as Champions.

Got to say. I'm incredibly impressed with the job Harry did of making us a steady ship, I thought we'd be a bottom half club to be perfectly honest. Pleased to be wrong!

We are deffo going up. Bet there isnt a club in the league with as many top players out as us, and we still have only been beaten once by the leaders. Steady draws and one or two nil wins will see us soar away over christmas and be clear and as good as promoted by feb. IMHO.

As much as I'd love that I just can't see it being that simple. It just ain't the rangers way is it.

True that. We spent unwisely, that's the real thing. Not really how much we spent, but how badly. Look at Southampton, we tried to do what they did. Sack our manager for someone we thought could take us to the next level, implement a new style of football and invest in new playing staff. Except they got it spot on, and we probably couldn't have done a worse job if we'd tried.

We just have to accept that we will be tarred by that brush for awhile. We keep picking up players of the quality we have lately, and helping outcasts like Ned and Joey back into the side with aplomb. And they will be forced to change their opinions.

Never used to be our way i agree, but it was alright points the last time we went up though. (points deduction scare aside)
We are to big a club for the championship now money wise, manager wise and squad wise. struggling in the prem is our level. So when we are up there and probably go straight back down on gd the last kick of the last game, that will be back to the rangers way i reckon mate.

You must have really under-estimated Harry's managerial capabilities to make a ridiculous prediction like that!

With Harry at the helm and his opportunity to bring some new faces in plus the quality already within the squad i would have bet alot of money that we would at least be a top half club and confident we would be challenging in the top six. It is a tough division to predict and things have definitely gone better than i thought but that statement baffles me

Glad I haven't lost my touch then

But since 7 points were all that separated play off spots from bottom half, it's not really that much of a stretch of your imagination shirley?
