I will do that, but I've seen nothing that persuades me Diakite has either the talent or the temperament to make the grade in professional football at the highest level (which includes the championship); in fact the very opposite. In terms of being pleased with we signed him, we muppets were pleased when we signed Boswinga, Cesar, Granero, Bothroyd, Anton etc etc etc etc..

Would you have him on the bench or do you prefer going shopping for more midfielder?

if we're so short we cant name a bench, of course I'd put him on it, but I'd prefer to get loanees in or new cheap signings than use him as a long term squad player. None, bar Ale, of our midfielders are out for a long time. Barton, Jenas, Holliet, Phillips, SWP, Henry are available Saturday and, if we play one up front, then five of those can play and one (SWP will be on the bench) (and Nico, Carroll and O'Neil aren't far off being fit); AJ and Chevanton could fill in on the flanks if need be in an emergency....
