Also Captain Jack goes against all PTS ( personal track safety rules ) by meeting people by the railway track ,no matter what he has in his hand ,unless of course its a PTS card ,he`s wearing an approved hi vis vest ,safety shoes and carrying a torch/flag to stop any on coming trains.Rangers,Scooters ,Tunes and Trainers
