Surely he might as well of stayed at spurs then if harry didnt ensure to avb we were going to play him regularly??
I mean, we are hardly short in that area, and there was a chance he would not of got a first team place.

Are you sure, he had /has a much better chance at Rs, he wouldn't walk into that Spurs midfield yet, he'd probably only get a handful of games, some in the Europa league against very weak opposition , maybe a fa cup run out, this is why prem teams like to loan out there bright young things, they realise they have the opportunity to shine at another club playing very competitive football

Well i dont think anyone from our midfield should of been dropped for him, i mean we still hadnt lost. Henry has been real unlucky.
How did Carroll walk into our side, was it form?
I think guarantees is more likely.

Or Harry rates him and thought he was a better choice than Henry. That's what happens when you sign new players.

Henry was unlucky for sure, but he's professional enough to know it's a squad game, and he'll get plenty of chances.

Ask yourself this, how does harry like his teams to play? Who would he rather in a deep lying midfield role receiving the ball from his defenders/ goalkeeper, he likes to play through midfield , likes players who are comfortable in possession and who want the ball all the time even under pressure, thats why Carroll has walked in, he is a redknapp type of player, hard on Henry yes, but you can see what he is trying to do to this side .

Since Carroll has arrived Henry has already played an important role coming off the bench on several occasions when we need to see a game out.

not at all, i wouldnt have said it if it wasn't true. I have never once boo'd a player or not supported a player, but I don't agree with what has happened here as i would prefer to rely on HR to pick his best team not meet some quota set by a loan agreement

Terrible news, what a gutter for the young lad. Just got his big chance as a regular in a team on its way to promotion, the same team that helped progress walker and townsends careers and then this happens. Major setback for him, and who knows could of been for us as well.

Best thing for this season IMO.
