I got a bit carried away on the pitch and ended up chinning one of the stewards orf.
"The kids missed everything from Queens Park Rangers to Conkers".

London Pride has been handed down to us.

There were a few Rangers on the pitch doing a rain dance when that nestled in the top corner

I was a mere 11 year old at the game. Missed most of the 2nd half cos I gave me little brother a clump on the hooter, claret everywhere had to go get him cleaned up. Was back in time for the goal though and went a little bit spastic celebrating even at that tender age.

That was the era that everyone started dressing as a casual, proper clothes, proper away days, proper football, proper prices for tickets etc etc etc. Can't be beaten imo ever.
Quality post Ed. I went to practically every game that season. Those were brilliant times. Was watching Clive Allen's lucky goal v west brom from the previous seasons semi final the other day. That end went ballistic when it went in. It's worth looking at on YouTube

Yes CaptainJack that was a great day. We were in the right corner of the North Bank, left as you look at the tv view. Absolutely ballistic, must say that was the longest remaining minutes to a match ever!!!
