Faurlin can imo do a great job in the prem when fully fit, and when he is he's better than JJ and far better than Henry imo.

Give it until Jan/Feb, Faurlin will be back to his best and everyone will like him again. Longest serving player in our squad (although it doesn't seem like it on here! Some of you lot make him sound like just another one of Hughes's mercenaries!) so I really hope he earns himself a new contract and gets back to his best.
How long does he need to return to full fitness, it's nearly 2 years since the injury happened?!!

I really like Faurlin, I think his attitude has been great and he's been a great player for us. All that said, I think he's a lost something following the injury and I don't think he's good enough for the Premiership any more. I also think that Harry will have better signings up his sleeve for next season.

Personally I think that there is a tendancy in a lot of fans to look at some players with rose titnted glasses rather than actually see things for what they are!

It was a terrible injury tbf, sometimes it takes years to fully recover from them. From what I've seen this season he looks very average, unfit, slugglish and appears to have lost some sharpness. Reckon this is because lack of gametime, he needs to be playing 90 mins every single game to get back to full fitness. Yes he's been declared fit for 2 years but how many games has he actually played on the bounce since then? Plays the odd game every now and again but that's not good enough. Needs to be playing every single week to get back into the swing of things and eventually back to his best.

Still got that Swindon performance in my head. Hardly playing well for a new deal either
