    Aarrgghhhhhhhh

I had planned and paid for my 50th birthday from the USA for 20 people to go to the Leicester game and they change the kick off time

First time my 2 American boys get to go to Loftus Rd

Now I don't know what to do, most can't get there for 1215

    Very very very peeeeeeed off

    Any ideas?

Ouch, that really bites. Unfortunately, my best suggestions would all need to be implemented retroactively (I always anticipate a KO time or even day change).

Since the KO time isn't going to change, the best suggestions would be along the lines of finding a way to get there for 1215. Why can't your people get there? Flights arriving on Sat AM or long distance to travel from where you are staying? If the former they will just have to get there as fast as they can; if the latter then somebody might be able to come up with some suggestions for speeding up the journey.

How did you manage to buy 20 match tickets that far in advance?

call me cynical but it does seem strange to come all the way from the States and only leave yourself a couple of hours to arrive at 3.00 p.m. Customs, Immigration, delays anything can happen
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble

That was my main retroactive suggestion! You should be able to change your flights, although I would expect a swingeing change fee. You never know though, if you explain your problem and talk to the right person, the airline might waive it. If people are coming from various locations this might be a bit harder though.

Wow some of you are cynical and seem to think I'm making it up anyway. Looks like its still 3pm hooray

I bought W12 tickets (by the way I am a member ........... Sounds suspicious).

The concern was for my UK guests. Just e and family flying in on Friday from US

That said some seemed genuinely concerned ..... To those thanks

              Case closed.

Defo 12-15 ko, good luck with your plans and remember shepherds bush area will be very busy that day due to Xmas shopping at Westfield so give yourself good time to get parked and into the ground

Never mind issues about the travel and kick off, have you let Redknapp and the players know, so that they don't ruin your day by losing?

Almost had one of my recent visits to London ruined by TV match re-scheduling, had to change my flight time at extra cost. Might be just a minor nuisance to those living in the UK but for us overseas fans can be a major pain.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

Ah well, it's not all bad news, at least I'll not have to scrabble around looking for a crappy audio stream for that match as it'll be televised. Every cloud has a silver lining!

I'm a member. live in the states. Nothing suspicious.

As for your quandry, yeah just get yourself down there. Heathrow border control is really annoying for non-EU passport holders. Expect a look of disbelief when the border agent asks you why you are visiting the UK, and you reply "I'm off to Uxbridge Road, to see the Queens Park Rangerssss!!!"

How are your UK friends getting to W12? if they can't take an earlier train or get up earlier to drive down then there are Travelodge and Premier Inn hotels in London that start from about £30 p.n. per room.
