He really was a top fella always had time for everyone. I doubt you'd ever get pro like that in this day and age. Total different breed of folk nowadays.
You booted mark Hughes in the shin ? That's actually amazing and I'm very jealous . Good work

Yeah,Kevin and Les both loyal to the clubs they support and love.

Think Harry could learn a thing or two from them about loyalty looking over his career.

Yep I'm pretty sure it was the 88/89 season and think I was about 10 or 11 at the time. We played them four times that season if I am right because we drew them in the cup which went to a replay. I remember the moment like it was yesterday. I asked Bryan Robson, Brian McClair and Mark Hughes all for an autographs. Two out of the three signed the back of our programs and one was extremely rude, practically pushed us out the way and never signed our programs so he got a strong swift toe-punt straight in the shin. Happened right in front of Big Macca and Paul Parker who both pi$$ed himself laughing. Brian McClair said to him "You should of just signed his program." In them days all the players were interested in was getting to the bar as soon as possible straight after a game.
