"The kids missed everything from Queens Park Rangers to Conkers".
London Pride has been handed down to us.
London Pride is a flower that's free.
London Pride means our own dear town to us,
And our pride it for ever will be.
Nice bonus for who exactly? ****** armchair fans are the only ones who benefit. The rest of us who hate watching in the front room are getting royally shafted by sky as usual

Alright mate. I'm quite happy to be an "armchair fan" on Boxing Day.

By kick of time (well the standard one) on Boxing Day I'm chomping at the bit for my football fix. Never been great at the family platitudes beyond Christmas Day itself and when the Boxing Day fixture means a bit of a trip it just means I can slip off out of the house before the Mother in Law arrives
But this kick off time means I'll have to suffer some extra family time and a late night drive home from Nottingham without an ale or two to help

This is my view exactly mate! Football on Boxing Day is a bit of a tradition for me and the old man now I'm not sure what I'm gonna do! Are there even trains running back to London after the game?

Messed up my plans a little bit as well. I arrive back in the UK on Christmas Eve and was planning a trip up to Nottingham on Boxing Day and the back to London for a night on the town. Think I'm gonna have to have a hotel in Nottingham now instead!

Great place for a night out and the ratio is good for blokes - although that's largely down to the student community and I guess they'll all be back home for Christmas so not necessarily going to be the best way to spend Boxing Day night.
