    This...spot on.

Got rid of the bad eggs and the poor players and is building a decent team. Just hope the on loan ones dont come back! (apart from Remy)

If Adel was a big part of the problem then both Hughes and Harry failed to fix it. Also Adel has been here for a few seasons. I don't his antics started recently.

I do think Harry has done a very good job over the summer. However before the summer I'm not as sure.

As for atmosspere etc.. it is much easier when we are winning in a less difficult league.
I think reading between the lines HR is admitting he lost the plot a little with even Jamie telling him to reign it in a bit obviously realised the squad he had wasn't going to keep us up. Fair play to Harry though for what he has done since relegation, big big transformation.

It really does make you question Hughes and his team though. Yes TF signed the cheques and should have acted like an owner, think he got a bit carried away with it all BUT what the hell was Hughes doing sourcing these players, ok Adel was already there but the majority of those who have gone were Hughes signings, if, as he puts it the dressing room was broken before he arrived, why didn't he fix it like HR has done ?

He had a month to bring in people to try to keep us up. From June until now, the transformation in the club has been tremendous. The players, spirit, mentality, atmosphere and general mood.

In hindsight, I am delighted we went down. We needed the clearout.
I think a lot of football "knowledge" on here is based on Football Manager

I see Bernstein has replied to Harry's criticism of them not having a clue picking a England manager. Apparently there was a panel of 4, Bernstein, 2 others I've never heard of and Trev 'sit on the fence' Brooking. Says it all really
I must away now, I can no longer tarry

Harry Redknapp reveals full extent of Jose Bosingwa bust up

Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has revealed the full extent of last season's fallout with Jose Bosingwa.

The Rangers boss fined the Portuguese defender for a poor attitude to being named among the substitutes' bench during a game against Fulham last season, and Redknapp has now lifted the lid on the bust-up in his autobiography; Always Managing.

'Only a Ranger!' cried Gandalf. 'My dear Frodo, that is just what the Rangers are: the last remnant in the South of the great people, the Men of West London.' - Lord of the Rings, Book II, Chapter I - Many Meetings.

QPR manager Harry Redknapp has lifted the lid on the chaos at Loftus Road when he took the job last season and says defender Ryan Nelsen told him he didn’t have a chance of keeping them in the Premier League.
