Agree.... done all that he could but with the squad of useless players we had (Park, Mbia, Boswinga, Traore etc) it was never gonna happen.

Can we put a name to that one?
Adel was known, according to Warnock, for frequenting casinos.

Fact is he was brought in to save us. He failed.
He picked samba. Samba wasn't good enough. Who's fault is that? His team didn't do enough scouting.
He let nelson leave. He didn't do anything about the bad eggs until it was too late it seems.
I don't believe we didn't have enough players to stay up without the bad eggs. Fine of bosingwa was found out in Jan. But Adel?
He came in less then 2 months before the Jan transfer window. This is real life, not football manager. The players may have had "20" for shooting or passing, but a big fat "0" for attitude.

He had a month to bring in people to try to keep us up. From June until now, the transformation in the club has been tremendous. The players, spirit, mentality, atmosphere and general mood.

In hindsight, I am delighted we went down. We needed the clearout.

Park didn't play much under harry. Mbia, Bosingwa and traore did.

??? whats that got to do with it? Harry didnt play him much because he was so poor. Park was part of the useless squad that Harry inherited and i agree with Harry that no manager could have kept us up. Cant blame Harry for not playing Park as he is useless. Now that players such as Park, Mbia, Granero, Adel, Boswinga etc are gone we have a much better team.

Might as well keep Hughes with his team if we expected Harry to fail. Don't you think?

If Adel was a big part of the problem then both Hughes and Harry failed to fix it. Also Adel has been here for a few seasons. I don't his antics started recently.

I do think Harry has done a very good job over the summer. However before the summer I'm not as sure.

As for atmosspere etc.. it is much easier when we are winning in a less difficult league.

In a team game the whole team should take responsibility, with the manager taking more. Under the circumstances HR should be blamed less but he shouldn't deflect it away saying even Mourinho couldn't have saved us. I just think he is protecting his back.

If we are going to point fingers at specific players, the ones who played more should take more blame. Park started half the games compared to the 3 you mentioned first.

Park was mostly played defensively here (and out of position more often than not) and therefore didn't contribute much offensively but still 2nd highest assist. This season he is playing in his best position, FWR, and utilized mostly offensively. He is so far PSV best player of the season. I just think he could have been more useful to us if managed better.

If Hughes was kept on (0 wins in 14), we were going down 100%. With HR, we had a slim chance but it didnt work. At least we tried to make a change - it didnt work, we move on.

Remember, Hughes built that team and had an entire pre season to work his "magic, much like HR.

Atmosphere isn't better only because we are winning, its because HR managed to offload all the troublemakers, brought in players who care, and moulded them into an unbeaten team in a short space of time. From Jan - May, he did his best. That last minute Wigan goal really was the final nail. Had we held on to that, then who knows?

There are different point of views to everything. One could also argue, with so many changes over the summer and an untimely injury to the skipper, Hughes needed more time with his team. In terms of points from safety Hughes did better than HR. . HR just got us deeper into the relegation zone. Ultimately leading us to the bottom of the EPL.

                        100%? lol

HR did his best. I agree. Same thing could be said about lots of our players as well. Harrys words "we were not good enough" .

personally think Harry has done a fantastic job considering what he inherited
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

Park, Mbia, Granero, Boswinga and the rest of that useless bunch are all players that failed Hughes, failed Harry and failed QPR. They made no impact in the prem that season but tbh we wouldnt have signed them if they wasnt money chasing useless gits so fairs fair i suppose. This team Harry is building is head and shoulders above the likes of them.

One could also say, with so many changes over the summer and injuries to 2 of our 3 strikers, how did Harry get us to the top of league and MH kept us bottom? Our overhaul this summer was equally as big as last season.

In terms of points from safety, other teams got better. We did as well, but not enough.
