Adel - A great player on his day. However, he wanted to leave along with all our other so called 'superstars' and went to a rival club. I think we need to part with Adel now personally purely because we would then to fit our team around him again. Don't get me wrong he is a top player when he wants to be, but I cant deal with the mood swings he brings to the whole squad. We are building our team up once again, and his introduction could sway all this personally. The fact he isnt starting for Fulham speaks volumes too, no space for him.

    Remy YES - Adel NO

Agree completely. I'd love Remy to come back if we go up.As for Taarabt,he was great in our last Championship winning season (19 goals). He was a surprise to everyone, especially our opponents. Now he has been found out and leopards don't change their spots. He is never going to change and has become a liability.I'd like to think he would be good again in the championship but I doubt it and isn't worth the risk.Would upset the harmony we are currently enjoying.

Exactly! This is the worrying thing.

Not sure people want to pay much for him now - Which sums up the player IMO.

on the other hand, if there's one thing that last season should have taught us, it's that talent counts for little if there's no team spirit about the place. what message would it send out to the current team, who have taken more points from the first 10 games this season than last year's lot managed in the full season, if when asked the question about what happens when the loans of various players who made it clear that they were not interested in helping us go back up came to an end, harry were to say "yes of course they'd be welcome" or even "we'll have to see".

the reality is the decision is at least partially down to the board, (knowing us, harry may not even still be around when the loan deals come to an end in any case).

while there's no doubt that remy is a good finisher, there were mutterings about him having a bad attitude towards the end of his days at l'om (french speakers see here), and we never fully got to the bottom of who the player was that redknapp claimed had told him that a) qpr had ruined his life and b) he should be playing in the champions league (ric had narrowed it down to mbia, remy, granero, park, traore, taarabt or barton)

My money on the man whos life we ruined being remy. Hence harrys outburst about a player who is undoubtedly a major talent and an asset to any club of our size when we go back up.
