Sorry if I sound a bit dippy Nuffield, not quite sure what you mean.Had the pleasure of meeting you a few seasons ago at a pre-season friendly (either Aldershot or Wycombe ) and I remember your occupation big boy.It was at that match I confronted Pallidini about buying Beckford and he wanted me to stump up the money which he later denied.

        cool story bro

A pm from you to me with your mobile number may be handy if he persists, depending how often you go to the R's.I could also try tracing him via his seat number although doubt the club would give me this info. Thanks anyway for your kind offer.

This really gets on my nerves. There is absolutely no need to be unfriendly to a fellow Ranger.

Seems unfair on you but just ask the club to move your seat within the block/same priced seat because you are stuck behind an Rsole.

Thanks Mush. I agree, you'd think that like minded supporters of the same team with the common aim of promotion would learn to get along with each other.I'm reluctant to move as I moved this season to Row S from Row N.Its right in the centre bang in line with the centre line.In fact I was surprised that these two seats(one for a mate who moved with me) were available, they're that good.So perhaps the previous occupants had the same problem with this guy last season and decided to move. We'll see how it goes, but for as long as he persists in pushing his back into my knees there's going to be a problem. The strange thing is,that its the first time in 6 home games he's done it.The previous problem I had with him was a ruck over Bobby Zimmer

I'm 6'5" so you can imagine what it is like for me. I had somebody turn around and give me the evil eye after he tried to sit back and I just explained to him as nicely as I could that I was sitting as far back in my seat as possible and there was nothing else I could do. He turned back without saying anything but I didn't get the evil eye again!

Try being super nice to him geejaybee - it will blow his cro magnon brain and he will probably self destruct!

Thanks mate, that sounds exactly the same as my situation except that my adversary decided to spin round and physically pushed my knee nearer to 10 to 3 without warning accompanied by some colourful language, this after pushing his back into my knees firmly several times as if to prove a point.I've tried being nice, the first time on the Zamora incident putting my arms around him from behind and jokingly asking if I've got to put up with him for another 20 matches. The second time, after the Knees incident and immediately following Austin's first goal,I grabbed him and asked "we alright now?"

If he'd done that to me I'd have definitely told him not to do it again or we'd have a problem. Then I'd have probably said that I'm sitting as far back as humanly possible and what would he like me to do? I'd probably also offer to change seats with him.

And I'd draw a distinction between being "nice" vs. "chummy". I would not be "chummy" with the w@nker.
