Lets hope the incentive was signing for us permanently if we get promoted! Had my eye on him right from the start on saturday as I was very interested to see him play and I couldn't fault him the entire game, also thought him and BAE linked up very well on that left hand side.

I did the same Adel, I think it took till about the 80th minute for him to misplace a pass, and when he did there was a massive en masse gasp. Bloke looked one of the most comfortable players on the ball I have seen in years at the bush. Could be a new hero imho.

Supposed to be, but some of the things people say in here about his creativeness and passing makes him sound like nico looks.

Pure class. That little turn & cross field ball from about 1:10 was superb. Makes it look easy.

I just hope that people understand that what we got from him at the weekend is what you get, plus the ability to score some goals. As a result it won't be that good every game and some times the passes will go astray or people won't read them. He won't tackle back, make lung busting 50 yard runs or cover the ground that Gary O'Neil does. Sometimes we will be disappointed, sometimes he will be seen as a passenger because he doesn't do the ugly stuff and someone will moan that he is a luxury we can't afford. But I will say that argument is flawed because of what he does offer. There are those that will say it's like having AT but again I will say wrong - because he doesn't sulk like Adel, he won't drag the dressing room down with a stinking attitude, if he was in it, he would bottle out of a defensive wall for fear of spoiling his looks and he won't give the ball away on the edge of his own area. He is a luxury (like AT) but one worth having in the team.
