            Im happy with Hitchcock being on the bench at the moment his form for the EDS makes that deserved. Only issue i have is i just can't see Harry giving him game time unless he has to. Problem for many of our young players will be this is the fourth season where it looks asthough we are gonna be pushing hard for either promotion or to avoid relegation. That in itself inhibits the clubs ability to take to many chances on youngsters

                Angelo Balanta springs to mind.
                Thought he was a promising youngster and would get his chance one day, but not really happened for him.
                I think he is about 24 now.

                  Yeh Balanta is a perfect example of a player who seems to have been held back by our ambition. To be fair every manager at QPR over almost the last decade has been under so much pressure to get results its almost been impossible for them to give a chance to the youth players.
