Consuming **** food all the day , you know the sort of stuff you doctors given you cholesterol tablets for and wife makes you healthy dinners all week but when it comes to the football fans end up consuming more saturated fat in one day than the rest of the week. Big deal , probably not to some but its that whole thing about doing things in excess.

Some fans just can't turn up to the football and enjoy a match without doing everything to excess particularly on away days...it's a mindset

Drug and alcohol misuse is a huge problem in our society. Football has always been associated with the day out with the lads, it is also a release from everyday life for many.
As said before a minority take things into excess. Instead of condemning people, how about trying to help them. I designed a survey, please take two minutes to complete it, be totally honest. Thanks if you do take the time to do it.

Surely people can do what they want as long as they don't make a negative impact on others enjoyment?

I think he is talking about fans getting up at about 40mins to grab some food and effecting his view. He probably feels that as he pays tax these type of fans are clogging up our NHS even more.

Anyway as you say eating is up to the individual and should not really be a concern to anyone. The OP is right to flag up this post. I am pleased your son stepped in and it's just a shame no one gave him a slap. Bang out of order abusing a female rail worker.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I expect the kids father to reconsider his choice of taking his kid to football again.

I can also understand that it's an individuals choice to be doing that at football but go to the bog and do it. People start to feel invincible after a few beers.
I agree like I said harm a bystander that includes doing some sniff infront of people , it's still harming them.

Reading the OP's write up it's pretty clear certain things on the day made a negative impact on others? Steward spat at, rail worker abused & harassed, fools openly sniffing on trains to name but a few. W12's comments are just a follow on from that.

I don't think they can do as they want they are as the OP already mentioned representing the club.

Nothing wrong with having a laugh but some fans actually take pride in acting like backward chavs

                        [QUOTE=Sotonsuperhoop;115544

This kind of incident is not new to QPR, over my many years of following our team I had witnessed terrible behaviour not just directed to opposing fans but to our own supporters. Fighting before games between QPR fans is not new, I witnessed two fans getting stabbed inside Wembley at the Milk Cup final when Rangers fans turned on themselves. I thought I’d seen it all until yesterday .[/QUOTE]

I was at that Milk Cup Final, my first time seeing Rangers live and when their 3rd went in if I had a knife I might have stabbed myself!!

southmptonm you amaze me qpr is the second highest policed ground in london the first is millwall the second is qpr, only two grounds have ever had the grounds shut in london for crowd disorder millwall and qpr,qpr have four differant thug armies non of those went to yeovil

the main reason why the yeovil weere friendly towards you is the last time the clubs met it was a blood bath

a qpr fan had his throat cut by another qpr fan comming out of the millenium

another qpr fan had his throat cut when qpr secured promotion and yes it was by a qpr fan

we have a reputation for being the fifth roughest firm in london

go to ladbroke grove and see people eating out the dustbins

qpr will always have a rough following your only way forward is to become a brentford fan, those guys wont even pass wind without checking with there mums first

but while qpr recruits from ladbroke grove westbourne park paddington south oxhey acton notting hill
hayes greenford northolt there always going to be a rough away following, the only way to travel away and guarantee goog behaviour is to take your car and drive or support brentford

Where does all this stuff in you're head come from Ted?
Nothing you say bears any relation to what I know and see going to Rangers, even the loft days were nothing like you talk about in my memory.
This mighty R's firm, or four of them even, are very secretive and incospicuous in their operations as far as I'm concerned. Home and away. (no Aussie soap)
Oh and second highest policed in London is total nonsense mate.
