Wasn't attempting to have a go at Twickers, my friend, just fake toffs. Lived there in my early years and then went to Richmond College. Respec.

Well you are the informant. Ask a postman where he thinks TW might be when entered as a location... don't think he'll say Tunbridge Wells. Sorry, I should say postal worker, wouldn't want to be un-pc.

And learn what? Post codes? Royal Tunbridge Wells is static while the Gaza Strip (aka Uxbridge Road, W12) is up 9.6 per cent.

It got lost in translation. I held the pose - but it just turned around and said "Oh. I see. Gentlemen's Lunging".......

Especially the Indian ones, which 'we' weren't allowed near - forbidden fruit. Were you there in the 'cow-shed' days, Jeems?

Was that the place where people just hung around and smoked? If not, then no - I have no idea! I was there 99-01

Sort of, Jeems. I was there 95-96 (could be out by a year) and the cow-shed was outside the common room where the security just let people smoke weed and do whatever - I was stabbed thricely! The next year the authorities cleaned that area up and started knocking heads. Don't think it was much craic after that - sorry you missed it.

Do you not read posts thoroughly? I was referring to your comment about "TW being pretty cheap these days"....nothing to do with postcodes whatsoever...........keep up mate!

On the contrary, did you read my response 'thoroughly'? My last line I think explains 'the cheapness' of TW in comparison to London, sorry Tunbridge Wells.
You've written a book? The mind boggles.

Actually TW the comment about "TW being pretty cheap these days" was in reference to the price someone paid for a nosh in Bali and then compared to how much said nosh would cost in Royal Tunbridge Wells or at least i think it does :-)...keep up m8
