"QPR made a loss of £25.4m in their promotion season and would have been fined an estimated £3m if the new regulations had been in place last year - after excluding unaffected investments, such as youth spending.
Clubs relegated to the Championship will not be subject to sanctions in their first season as long as they have met their financial obligations under Premier League regulations."

Probably us, Wigan and Reading.
Clubs which fail to meet Financial Fair Play regulations will be subject to a transfer embargo until they lodge fresh financial information which demonstrates they meet the regulations.
On a more serious note, I'd imagine TF will start charging Air Asia a higher fee for sponsorship. We've lost a lot of high earners and with the parachute payments hopefully we're not too far off.

You're right Hove. Further down he says this and notes that those who gamble and then don't go up, could come unstuck later with fines and transfer embargo's.
When this comes into play my feeling is that it will be hard to "fudge" the accounts. They will look at current sponsorships and other business interests and accept small rises but to suddenly receive double the amount from TF's airline to make us look more profitable will be picked up on I would have thought.
