My mistake guys. I never knew that was his nickname. I am a QPR fan, honest!

If he stays, Ned is a future captain imo. For now, Hill remains club captain and Dunne to take over on the pitch. Barton may be off in Jan who knows

There was an article last week by HR saying that people think Dunne is slow but people don't realise how quick he actually is and HR said he was in the top 4 for pace in the club

Rotate Hill and Dunne. I don't really wish to see Hill at RB again.

Clint has been great this season, but i still think that he's the weakest link in our back 4. So,my bet is that he will be dropped, but maybe just not yet,but it could happen after one bad performance from him. Assou-Ekotto will be 1st choice as a left back once he's fully fit

I agree with above, and what I'm seeing more of now is clint standing off further away now from wide players. It's a shame but pace and reaction ability takes its toll with advancing age. He's not an old man in life, but in sport it can be so relevant. He is a true professional and I wish him all the best into his slow retirement, in that he may not feature as much shortly.

Cos he aint a left back - has said so himself.

Don't think there's much between him & Dunne at CB tbh, both slow, yet great in the air and read a game well with questions to be asked when it comes to distribution. Neither great, but both do a steady job alongside Ned (the key to our defence IMO, absolutely superb this season). I, personally, would go with Hill alongside Ned with Simpson RB & Bennie LB.

Hate to quote an old cliche but the championship is a long season with lots of midweek games. Hill and Dunne will swap fairly regularly I would imagine with the other 3 playing most games, unless injured.

There may even be times when Hill plays LB, especially if opposition right winger is no threat, and we are playing a side of giraffes where we need extra height to defend set pieces.

Can't see any break up of the back 4 as it is for a few games. BAE will need time to get up to match fitness so he'll come in with a few sub appearances then take over from Hill premanently.

Hill and Dunne will rotate but I can see Dunne being first choice.

Surely Harry was on a wind up when he said this? Dunne's race with Beckford against Bolton when he dragged his shot wide was embarassing.

Dunne may have lost a bit of pace with age but gets yards with his reading of the game. Far better player than Hill imo and the main reason for the shoring up of the defence.

Bit of a drinker in his day so probably catching up with him now but one of the first names on the teamsheet for me and partnered by Ned
