Will Remy's 8million relegation buy out clause end if QPR get promotion?
Perfect. So till I see actual proof, I can still picture Remy as money grabbing mercenary who joined us over Newcastle cos of wages then.
At least you're honest
Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
That's words on a screen from another forum user. I could say I heard our tone saying on question time that he offered Remy double what Ashley did, wouldn't make it true.
If I see them or hear them from another source, then of course it would be.
Blokes got to be mental then, little old Rangers and their 15k crowds or the Geordies steeped in history and three times as many supporters every week. Can't see it myself. Would need a little more proof to be convinced and shocked please.
history? you gotta be kidding the last time they won a actual cup was in 1955 ffs lol if we include the championship then we only won it a few years back.
French, African.. Do one... Better off without him
I dread to think who we would have blamed if we had gone down with a squad similar to the Blackpool one when they dropped with a more or less British core. I have no doubt something like to many northerners would have been drummed out
He chose us over Newcastle cos of wedge, then when we went down he went straight to them. I would just like him to stay there if I'm being honest. Won't happen though I doubt, unless he scores 20 this season.
I'll tell you now as a fact that is not true. Whether you believe him or not TF said that Remy was offered the same package here and at newcastle and chose us because of the project. the owners, the manager and the city. He left because his chances of playing in the world cup would be strengthened by being in the PL
"What stats allow you to do is not take things at face value. The idea that I trust my eyes more than the stats, I just don't buy that because I've seen magicians pull rabbits out of hats and I know I just know that rabbit's not in there." - Billy Beane
Malcolm MacDonald, Shearer, Keegan, Beardsley, Dalglish, Ginola oh and some bloke called Les something or other to name but a few Geordie leg ends.
Ninth most successful club in the country honours wise, and twentieth richest in the world in revenue.
Depends what you class as history, European cup wins or players and managers etc.

Unless I missed Lyon being moved to Africa what makes Remy a french african? Being black? Guess Thierry Henry is an african as well then? What about our own Ned Onuoha he is African, born in Nigeria, guess he is upsetting the camp as well.
What am I reading...he's a top class striker, why would you not want him back!?
Maybe we could put him on a bouncing contract.
Let him back if/when we go up this season and drop someone like Austin who helped get us up, then if we go down again let him go to another prem club, let all the other donkeys do the hard work getting us up again, then bring him back, ad infinitum.
Wouldn't want him getting his hands dirty down in the championship seeing as he is one of the most prolific strikers on the planet.
I'm oot.
