  • Loftus Road Stadium - football venue or restaurant?

Is this a football venue or a 90 minute restaurant? Sit down and watch the game FFS. Amazing how some people can't go an hour and a half without eating a pie.

As for the game - thought we were lucky to win, but that's a sign of true champions; the ability to pick up three points without necessarily playing very well. In the first half I thought we lost the midfield battle - Tom Carroll looked lightweight and I felt we missed the resilience of Karl Henry. Zamora put in a slightly improved display but he was still not offering any movement whatsoever up front. In the second half, we looked a lot better when we shifted to a 4-5-1 formation. Birmingham couldn't penetrate our defence, which was very solid after the break. MOTM for me was Austin - showed a lot of effort, really got stuck in and demonstrated a lot of bravery for the goal.

Hang on, so a pie at football match is now the unacceptable face of modern football?

Dont think a pie is enough of a premiership matchday experience for some on here...maybe if they got Ozil or Rooney to autograph the pie? How about renaming them? you could have a Benteke Balti pie? Chadli Chicken and Mushroom? Lets give the pies some premiership razzmatazz so that our celeb stargazing fans can enjoy the experience :-)

No problem with people eating before the game or at half time, but can they not sit still for ninety minutes without having to buy food and make everybody stand up and miss some of the action?

It is if you get up in the middle of the match and make people stand up twice to go buy one. Some herbert tried having me stand up when we were taking a corner. Yeah, right. Of course having to take a p1 ss is another matter...

Maybe a new stadium would give people more leg room.....less hassle if someone wants to go for a wander.....just saying

Zamora put in a slightly improved performance. Really?

Thought that was as bad as he's ever been. Offers zero hence why he was hooked at HT.

Trying not to get on his back, but that was the worst I've seen him. No first touch. Won not a single header.

I think harrys a brilliant manager, but how he plus Zamora who is totally finished down to fitness and confidence is beyond me. Just don't get it whatsoever, did he really need 45more minutes to see what 15000 of us could of told him before the game?

Good post and thanks for your input. This board lacks posters that say what they see.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Same as you mate. It's actually bordering on cruel now. I know he's happy to pick up his wages but FFS can't we just pay him off a portion of his contract? Before anyone says we're lacking strikers we might as well play with 10 men, he offers NOTHING!

                              Here is my plan

a mini tazer attached to each seat. this tazer would be powerful enough to give a light jolt and have a word with yourself about avoiding it happening next time,

Tazers are enabled at 3 minute past 3, go offline 2 minutes before half time and come online again 2 minutes after the second half kicks of

If you need to go past people while the tazers are online you take your chances
its New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks
