  • What positions need attention?

I'd like a CB and striker.

Anyone know how many short term loan players can play alongside long term loans, does it matter if the deal is short or a season long loan?

How many loans can play in one game?

I think CB is mostly OK, but Baird would be welcome cover. He might have blown it though. Striker is a must. Zamora looks well past it, think he'll retire when his contract expires at the end of the season.

I think we are short at the back, I'd like at least one striker in too.

I'm not sure how many can play in the same game, but on paper we'll have the best squad.

        A striker at most.

But im happy with what we have - Promotion is a must with this squad and spirit now.

Really? Carroll, Phillips and Hoilett can all play that role (well, Hoilett as a second striker but close enough). If one of Phillips and Hoilett comes in, SWP can play on the right or left.

Striker definitely, and possibly a CB too because if either Dunne or Hill gets injured we're buggered, they can only play a certain number of games on the trot before their legs go.

Missionary definitely needs to be spiced up a bit, only plus is that it leads to very few injuries

We have enough - We dont need many more

Keep the wage structure as small as poss now...

At most a Striker as that is the area we are really struggling/lacking in.

Creativity SHOULD NOT be our downfall now.

JH, NK and TC alone are decent....

A striker and CB for me would be ideal, but QPR might just be able to get by without either if there are no injuries.

Hoilett can perhaps cover as a striker, with Krancjar playing in a left midfield role with Phillips on the right wing.

QPR have plenty of midfield options too, so if Austin was unavailable Redknapp could choose to play a 4-5-1 formation or a 4-3-3 with the likes of Johnson, Hoilett and Phillips in a 3 man attack and choosing from Henry, Barton, Krancjar, Carroll, O'Neil, Faurlin or Jenas in 3-man midfield.

The downside of not having another striker in the squad is that the above doeSn't really give many options on the bench to provide a plan B.
